How fresh are your scones?
Every batch is baked on the day it's delivered.
They won't arrive warm, but they will be fresh.
Are your cheese scones suitable for vegetarians?
The cheese we use is made with animal rennet, so we don't label our scones as vegetarian.
Some vegetarians choose to eat cheeses made with animal rennet, while others don't, so we'll leave that decision up to you.
Can I send scones as a gift?
You can. Birthdays, thank-yous, housewarmings, or simply because someone deserves better than another scented candle.

Do you sell other types of scones?
Not currently.

Why can't I pay by card on your website?
Because we're a micro-sconery, Susan. Card payment fees are anything but micro.
Can I buy a mixed box of scones?
Absolutely. Life's too short to choose just one.
You can either buy the Mixed Six box or email us with your scone requirements.
Can I order for my office?
You can.
It is a well-known fact that cheese scones improve office morale.
We make no promises about productivity.
Will my scones freeze?
Yes. If you sneak up behind them and make a loud noise, we find they remain remarkably still.
Alternatively, wrap them well and freeze them for up to three months. When you're ready, defrost them at room temperature, then use your favourite reheating method to bring them back to life.
What's the minimum number of scones I can order?
Four.
